Every Atlantis product is made by hand when you order, so your jar is as fresh as it can be. Please allow 2–3 working days for us to make it before it’s sent.

UK delivery: always free
Delivery within the UK is free on every order. It usually arrives 2-4 working days after it’s sent.

Worldwide delivery: free over £50
We send our rituals all over the world, free on orders over £50. Delivery usually takes 10-21 working days after it’s sent, depending on your country. Any customs charges are set by your country and paid on arrival.

Our First Jar Promise
Every Atlantis formula is made by hand, with love, for you. I trust my formulas, and I trust you. If a product you’re trying for the first time doesn’t feel right for your skin, write to me within 30 days of delivery. I’ll refund you or exchange it for something better suited to you. No need to send the jar back; just tell me a little about your skin and what happened, so I can learn and help you find your ritual.
The First Jar Promise applies to the first purchase of each product, one jar per product per customer.

Changed your mind?
You can return any unopened product, in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email us first, then send it back to the address below. Return postage is paid by you.

Damaged or wrong item?
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you, including postage.
