How can I eat daily dose of vitamin B group. The Vitamin B group is a very important group for the whole body. Literally every organ and cell needs some kind of vitamin B but if our body misses vitamin B it can end the damaged organs And disbalance the whole body.

B vitamins have a direct impact on your energy levels,

brain function, and cell metabolism.They help the body convert food into energy (metabolism), create new blood cells, and maintain healthy skin cells, brain cells, and other body tissues.We have all together 8 vitamins B.
